Overview
TIANYU develops and builds the core of every plant in-house. The high-efficiency mixing host is the robust "heart"; the smart electrical control system is the intelligent "brain"; and the screw conveyor is the smooth "artery" that keeps powder moving. Together they define the quality and reliability of the whole plant — and each can be supplied on its own to upgrade or complete an existing installation.

Configurations
High-Efficiency Mixing Host — the "Heart"
A dual-shaft counterflow mixing principle with a sturdy tank structure and high-wear-resistant alloy liners and blades. Digital-display, planer-type double-face boring and milling produces precise holes; an elevated mixer cover with an optimized water-spray system prevents shaft locking — for assured reliability and durability. Twin-shaft mixers span JS500 to JS6000. For high-grade dry-hard concrete — PC production lines, pipe piles, and other precast components — TIANYU also builds HZN-series vertical-shaft planetary mixers, whose dead-angle-free running track gives exceptionally high concrete homogeneity.
Smart Electrical Control System — the "Brain"
The electrical control system is the plant's nerve center for high-efficiency, stable operation. It integrates advanced PLCs, industrial computers, and precise weighing-sensor technology to achieve fully automated, precise control from batching and conveying through mixing and discharging. Intelligent powder-silo level terminals show real-time material weight on-screen and across the station network; high-level alarms and independent driver anti-error interlocks prevent burst-silo and wrong-material incidents; and the system can connect to enterprise ERP (BGM) for end-to-end production management.
Screw Conveyor & Belt Conveying — the "Artery"
Seamless steel tubes and precision-machined helical blades, combined with an optimized hanger-bearing design, ensure smooth and stable conveying, in various specifications and lengths for diverse plant layouts. For aggregate, TIANYU also builds fully-enclosed pipe-gallery belt conveyors — high on environmental protection, with hanging rollers, automatic self-regulation, and anti-run-off to keep long conveying runs stable.
