HZS180 · 180 m³/h stationary plant
Project story
A TIANYU HZS180 concrete batching plant has completed installation and commissioning in Uzbekistan and is now in full production — a milestone delivery in one of Central Asia's fastest-growing construction markets. The plant supplies reliable, high-quality concrete for local infrastructure projects.
The HZS180 is one of TIANYU's most-requested large plants: a theoretical output of 180 m³/h, a modular design engineered for fast on-site installation, energy-efficient operation, and intelligent computer control. It is built for the concrete demands of highways, railways, bridges, tunnels, ports, and hydropower projects.
Uzbekistan's construction sector continues to accelerate, with building and structural works up 16.8% year-on-year in the most recent quarter. Major programmes now underway — including the Tashkent–Samarkand toll highway and road infrastructure across Tashkent — call for dependable, high-capacity concrete production on site.
The successful hand-over reflects how TIANYU works with overseas customers: a plant packed for container shipping, commissioned on the ground, and supported into steady production. Founded in 2002, TIANYU builds around 300 batching plants a year and continues to deepen its presence in export markets, delivering more reliable, durable, and efficient equipment to customers worldwide.
