A TIANYU HZSY75 mobile concrete batching plant has completed installation and commissioning at an overseas project site and is now officially in operation, supporting local key infrastructure development — another solid step in TIANYU's international expansion.
The HZSY75 is one of TIANYU's flagship models developed for overseas markets. It delivers a theoretical output of 75 m³/h from a JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer — short mixing cycles, rapid discharge, homogeneous blending, and high productivity. A semi-trailer configuration with integrated running gear and a standard kingpin makes site-to-site relocation easy: on arrival, the plant can be set up and ready for operation within a few hours.
Practical details make it durable in the field. The mixer needs no manual cleaning — material build-up is prevented on both the shafts and the cover — and the concrete discharge hopper uses wear-resistant technology for a markedly longer service life. Advanced PLC controls give precise, operator-friendly production management. With its compact footprint, high automation, and mobility, the HZSY75 suits highways, bridges, ports, airports, and hydropower works where sites are frequently relocated.
A seasoned TIANYU technical team saw the project through every phase — foundation works, modular installation, system commissioning, and trial production — working closely with the client across language and site challenges under a "customer first, quality foremost" approach. The plant passed final acceptance and has run reliably since, earning strong praise from the client's management and technical staff.
